Privacy notice

Who we are. PT Amanah Safa Zora ("we") runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Our registered address is Mall MGK Kemayoran Lt. 1 Blok B-08 No. 07, Superblok Mega Kemayoran, Gunung Sahari Selatan, Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta 10610, Indonesia.

What we collect. This website stores nothing on our side. When you use the enquiry form, it opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled; we receive your name, company, country, enquiry details and WhatsApp number only if you choose to send it. If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to your enquiry. If you book a call, Calendly collects your booking details under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it. To reply to your enquiry, prepare an offer, deliver the services or goods you order, and keep the business records the law requires. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis. Steps you ask us to take before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and legal obligations.

Who processes it for us. WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, Zoho Mail for email, Calendly for call bookings, and Cloudflare for website hosting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia, the UK or the EU.

How long we keep it. Enquiries that don't lead to work, by WhatsApp or email: up to 24 months. Client and transaction records: as long as Indonesian law requires.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it, by messaging us on WhatsApp at +62 859 2241 7177. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or your national authority in the EU.
